This place isthe best, iwould give them stars ifi could. Ifyou are a“walk in” likeme, itis not along wait, and while you wait you can watch the sports channel. Ifyou get the MVP package (which ido) itis not expensive. You get your hair cut perfect tohow youask, They doa little trick toyour eye brows and make them look great.THEN you get tosit ina vibrating massage chair while they shampoo your hair and massage pressure points onyour head. Itdoes not stop there.They also use anelectric massager onyour shoulders and back. All for areally cheap price. You also can goback between haircuts and get aFREE neck lineup… Isuggest tip these ladies/people well.. Best haircut ihave ever gotten, also best service ihave ever gotten. Sadly Kim not there webeen comeing tothis place for almost 5years meand myfamily and today Iwent inand had the worst experience and the lady there was not ready even when Icame inand Iasked ifthey were busy and she said not and Istayed waited for about 20min and Ileft and Ichecked inonline and came back after 35min and when Igotten back ontime she made meseat for another 15min and Ihad work and animportant interview with important people sadly Ihad toleave and goto another place.

Couldn't get online check-in towork and dropped in4different times, while the open- nowaiting sign was flashing, and was told twice nowe are closed orclosing and don't have time foryou. Have tofind somewhere else toget ahaircut. They didn't seem tocare one way itthe other.

Called at5pm tosee when they close. Was told7pm. Showed upas awalk-in at6:20pm and was promptly told they aren't taking anymore walk-ins. 40minutes before close and Ican't get ahaircut because Ididn't check inonline? Should have told meover the phone when walk-ins are cutoff. Drove out there inthe rain for nothing. Never coming back here again. Extremely unprofessional.
