Called at 5pm to see when they close. Was told 7pm. Showed up as a walk-in at 6:20pm and was promptly told they aren't taking anymore walk-ins. 40 minutes before close and I can't get a haircut because I didn't check in online? Should have told me over the phone when walk-ins are cutoff. Drove out in the rain for nothing. Never coming back here again. Extremely unprofessional.

We checked in online when we got there and we're in the chairs within just a few minutes. They were very quick and very meticulous with the trim. The shampoo and hot towel were fantastic and the beard trim was great. I highly recommend going.
