Since going Paleo my family has fallen even more in love with our grill. Paleo and grilling just work well together. The past couple of years I've even been stepping outside my grilling comfort zone more and more. Grilling things I'd never thought to have grilled before and trying new flavor combinations. I have to say I'm pretty thrilled with the results of most of my flavor experiments. In the past I'd never have thought to grill fruit, but it's amazing. Grilling fruit and adding it to traditionally savory dishes? Brilliant. Oh yes, and? New rule: every burger recipe for the rest of forever must contain grilled pineapple. Ingredients

1 can Organic Classic Coconut MilkKETO Paleo Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer Recipe (4)- If you do dairy you can use 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream here instead.

2 teaspoons Organic CinnamonKETO Paleo Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer Recipe (6)

Options

  • As I mentioned above, leave out the maple syrup to make this more low carband keto friendly. If you desire more sweetness you can add a low carb friendly sweetener to each cup of coffee as you make it or swap equivalent amounts in entire recipe.
  • If you don't like coconut milk and prefer dairy you can replace it with half and half or even heavy whipping cream (just stir it instead of putting it in your blender or you'll have pumpkin spice whipped cream!) instead.
  • Toketo this up a notch,add MCT Powder to each cup.
  • To lighten this up try using almond or cashew milk instead of the canned coconut milk and replace the maple syrup with stevia.
