Factory warranty - manufacturing defects upon receipt
Our products are carefully composed and are of high quality. However, it is possible that there is a manufacturing defect in our products.Examples of qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, or hardware malfunction.Should it happen that you discover something that should not be the case, you must make this knownwithin 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Factory warranty - excluded from warranty
Our manufacturer's warranty doesnotcover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

We will warrant items with manufacturing defects purchased on www.xplctstudios.com within 6 months of purchase.Please note: if the product has demonstrable user damage, you may not receive a full refund.Warranty claims may take four to six weeks to process.

Otherwise we will e-mail you an e-gift card* for the purchase price, valid for use on xplctstudios.com.
