It’s interesting that you say all that, my husband had his license to show his Veteran status and was still told only active duty only. He had his ID as you state but yet was told due to overuse sports clips no longer offered it.Hairstyling

Jerrica did a great job cutting my hair and the beard trim but…..I used to come in to get my haircut a year or less ago and get a beard trim. The beard trim was $5. I came in less than a month ago and it was $7 for a beard trim. Now it’s $10??? I’m sorry but that’s price gouging and you are stealing the tip customers can afford to give, to the hair stylist. That’s NOT RIGHT!!

Whitney is the best. I’ve tried a lot of other stylists at Sports Clips and they are always in a hurry and when I get back home I have a lot of hairs to trim myself. Not with Whitney she takes her time and is as picky as I am

Definitely recommend this place, I walked in there not knowing what hairstyle I wanted, the woman that cut my hair was knowledgeable and helped me find a hairstyle that would work for me, she was very careful with cutting my hair, and she was cool to talk to, Definitely had a good experience with them.Haircut

Critical:ProfessionalismHorrible, terrible, aweful. I used to use this sportsclips all the time. I recently came back to give them another chance. I was super friendly and nice and tried to make conversation. The stylist just ignored anything I said. I work in the hospitality industry so I know that you should have some level of a communicative relationship with your clients and make them feel welcomed. This lady did the opposite. My stylist pumped the chair all of the way up so hard I thought she wanted me to fall out of the chair. I let it slide. She slapped the clippers to the back of my head so aggressively that it felt like I was getting hit each time. She ripped my hair as she angrily pulled the blades away from my head. I kid you not, she shaved the back of my head so so fast that not even ten seconds later she was already slapping the new blade guard on. I wish I could say I’m exaggerating when I tell you that this stylist wasn’t just angry she was just straight hateful to me as a customer. She had just gotten back from the back area assuming from break and clearly didn’t want to be there. Why not punch out and just leave? I stopped mid haircut and drove down the road with half of my head shaved just to go get a safe haircut.Horrible, terrible, aweful. I used to use this sportsclips all the time. My daughter wanted to go very badly. They were happy to accommodate. The cut was lovely and the cutter was very nice. All a wonderful experience except the other worker there selling me a $60 bottle of shampoo that was indeed a sham.
