I like the haircuts here but always seem to have to wait an hour or more after arrival, even when signing in online (on opening, as soon as app is active) and arriving at app estimated haircut time. Highly recommend that you NEVER pick a favorite stylist as you can easily add 30 min or more to your wait time, always pick ‘next available’. If you arrive before someone else, but they are above you on the list, and you have a shorter ‘wait time’, if your requested stylist comes out and calls them… you just added 30 min to your wait time. Today I signed up as soon as the app was active, at 9:08 am, and my estimated cut time is now 10:31, and I arrived before my original estimated cut time of 9:51.

I stopped going here for a reason and must have forgotten why.. I was reminded today. Whoever cut my hair didn’t want to be there apparently. She was rude, short tempered and apathetic. I don’t thing ANYONE wants water in their ears but this lady WASHED my ears with shampoo??! Who does that?! Apparently it was up to me to comb my hair with my fingers at the end because she just stuck gel in it and stared at me until she figured out I at least needed a comb if she wasn’t going to do her job. Bought and paid for an MVP and didn’t get the whole MVP package.. I was ok with that because I wanted to get out of there asap. I understand people have a bad days, but your likely to have a bad month if you let this lady cut your hair.

Great place & great staff! Gotten my haircut at many locations & other hair salons but this is the first location to offer a beard trimming! They did a great job with both cutting my hair & trimming up my beard! Will continue to go to this location however I strongly urge you to use the online checkin ahead of going as they will normally have an almost 2 hour wait so check in then take care of some other errands you need to do while you wait for everyone ahead of you to get done and your not just sitting for hours.
