Do yourself a favor and find a REAL barber. These girls do NOT know how to cut men's hair and I would seriously doubt any of them have any sort of real certification. They can't follow the notes in the system and you'll get a different cut every time.. what's funny is everyone we know that goes here says the same thing ! The wait times are always wrong and if you are sitting there waiting for over an hour when your wait time says "30" minutes.. you run the risk of one of the girls saying " hang on I'm going to run and get food I'm hungry" so are we and we've been watching you gab for the past 45 minutes doing nothing. You guys I can't even express my disappointment in this stupid store. Wish they'd close it and open something real..

Shay is absolutely AMAZING!! I take my younger two boys here, and they adore her. Their hair always comes out great and on top of that she is patient, loving, and super sweet to them! She really is the bomb. We came today and for the first time their dad came with us and shay also cut his hair. Turned out great!

If anyone is familiar with Sport Clips they know they run specials and have good deals once in awhile. I bought 12 advanced cuts June 1st, the same day I purchased these pre-paid cuts they were converting from manual cards to the computer system to keep track of these pre-paid cuts better, well unfortunately in my case they lost 3 of my pre-paid purchases, so much for keeping track of these cuts. Followed up with SC few weeks later and was told by an associate I need to talk to store manager. 4 more weeks go by and I bring this up to the store manager Erin who then says she sees the problem and will tell the area manger Nikki, on Aug 10th Erin told me everything is taken care of and not to worry. Right? Wrong, on Aug.31st my next visit I was told Nikki hasn't gotten to it because of personal issues but was promise it is taken care of and in order to fix the problem Nikki has to come in the store to do so. I'm thinking to myself... If this is done on the computer why does she have to come to this particular store?? So today Sept 23rd I asked about this issue again and I get the same answer as before but now was told it will definitely be taken care by the time my 7 cuts are up, what!!!... that could be 7 months from now. Now I'm questioning Erin why this has to be so difficult to fix? I asked to talk to Nikki or even store owner by email, phone, text or even in person and the answer I got was I cant give that information out. Okay, so I proceed waling out of the store and call corporate office at 10am. They told me to put in an email complaint and within 10 minutes I got an email response they would pass this onto store owner who will be getting in touch with me to resolve my issue. Now, at 10:34 Erin text me with a picture computer screen confirming I now have 10 pre-paid cuts and saying "you have 10 now. It's taken care of". OMG, are you kidding me!!! 20 minutes after emailing corporate this issue is now resolved? Does anyone from Sport Clips read these reviews? If so can you tell me why I had to continuously follow up on this for weeks and it only took only a few minutes on your end to resolve? AND, Nikki wasn't even at the store to do it. I'm seriously wanting Sport Clips to refund my pre-paid cuts so I can go somewhere else. It's sad because I've been a customer for over 10 years.
