Do not recommend ifyour ina hurry, online check-in doesn't seem tomatter. Last two times Ichecked inonline iwaited 30min past myarrival time. Multiple barbers instore 1cutting. Will Not BeBack!

They are always busy.. but the staff isGreat! Friendly and takes their time withyou. They greet you when you walkin.They make sure you are happy with your cut before you leave. Online check inhelps with the wait time. The stylist here are very professional, personable and friendly.

Don’t goif you have aschedule toabideby. Usually pretty alright but Ichecked inonline, ata 0minute wait. Iget tothe store and the screen says 2minutes until service. They took 2walk-ins ahead ofme Iguess, but ifI check inearly before Ieven get tothe store at0minutes, I’m considered automatically late and they can take people ahead ofme. Sowhat isthe actual point ofchecking inearly ifit doesn’t mean anything???? Horrible system. I’ve been going tosport clips for 3yearsnow, and never had this happen, but itseems tohave happened when dependability mattered most tome. Idon’t think I’ll betaking haircuts there anymore. They only had 2people working that day aswell AOand Hannah. Issport clips having trouble hiring toprovide decent service? Honest review here from along time customer ofthis location. Thanks.… – show

This used tobe afive star review until this morning. Today Iwas the first customer and I've been here several times before. Iasked for anivy league haircut (like usual). She proceeded toshow mea picture ofa man with 2inches ofhair and Iagreed. she then shaved meto a1/4” orless all over. FYI when repeatedly saying 2while showing acustomer pictures, understand a2for you isclipper size a2for the customer islength ofhair. totally dissapointed with this cut and the level ofcustomer service. Myson received the cut right next tome that Ishould havehad…so communication onmy part was obviously not the issue.
If Iknew the girl's name Iwould leave ithere inthe review. She was atallish young black woman who claimed tobe the store manager.... and Idoubt that sheis. Her attitude about the whole thing was completely unprofessional. She isthe guarantee that Iwill never get ahaircut from this place again. Completely unskilled and unprofessional and just doesn't listen tothe customer.… – show00

First time visit toa Great Clips ever. Iwalk inand ittakes 4mins before Iam greeted and told Ihave tosign inon the computer upfront. Iwas asked tosit down and someone would beright withme. 15mins goby and another customer walks inand sits down for afew minutes and heis seen before mesomehow. Another 15mins goes byand same deal again. Now Ihave been sitting here for 40mins and noone even addresses the fact that Ihave just been sitting there. Iget upset enough tojust walkout. Icomplained tomy son about what happened and hetold meabout online check inand itreserves aspot foryou. Soif you are afirst time customer and don't check inonline…don't bother you will beignored and treated like you don't matter. Would ofbeen nice ifsomeone would ofexplained what was goingon. Will never goback!!!… – show

Wedo have anOnline Check Insystem, and walk-in clients can beput inqueue, but also can betaken back early ifthe online clients have not shown upto the storeyet. Online check-in isa joke. 70minute wait online soI checked myson inand planned myday around itjust tohurry upand get there one minute early check inand still says 36minute wait. This happens way too often but there isliterally one person inthe store cutting hair and one customer but nine people onthe board infront ofme. Makes absolutely nosense why even doonline check-in ifyou're still going towait almost the same time after waiting your 70minutes. Ican understand waiting 5or 10minutes but waiting almost the same time asthe online check-in isridiculous.… – show
