My Grandson, and Iwhere ina hurry yesterday onSaturday 11-19-22at1:30PMI had tobe ata meeting at2:00PMI ask knowing itwas impossible request, can y'all knock out Two (2) Hair Cuts and they got itdone with noquestions asked. Amazing Service!! Weare new tothe Killeen area, and myself, myson, and myTwo (2) grandchildren will being getting our Hair cut there every Four (4) weeks. This type ofpeople, and service dose not exist anymore. The corporation orowner needs know what kind ofoutstanding people they have employed aboutit. Outstanding service. So Iwent toa different hair place near Sports clips and the girl did ahorriblejob. Iasked for her toretouch myhair because Ididn't like itso she did and itwas still horrible! SoI went toSports Clips and not only was there GREAT customer service but the girl named Roxy did anAMAZING job atfixingit. Mywife loved itand sodidI. Definitely going there again.

Great experience and atmosphere! Roxy cut myhair and she was very pleasant, professional, and courteous. She also knows how tocut afade and use scissors. Irecommend going tosee her for ahaircut. Thankyou!

My first time atthis location and they did agreat job onmy hair. Cut perfectly and then gave mea shampoo and hot towel for myface and ascalp massage while the chair vibrated and massaged mybacktoo. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

They had 3workers intheir cutting 3peoples hair and told meit was going tobe 30minutes. Isaid okand sat down 10minutes later 1lady finished and started cleaning, before she finished cleaning another lady finished. 5mins after the last lady finished they both disappeared inthe back for over 40minutes before ijust left.

Been coming here for over 3yearsnow, 90percent ofthe time Iget agreat haircut but the few times I've gotten abad haircut was bythe manager. Luckily she hasn't been cutting hair lately but this last time iwent inshe was there and yelling inthe waiting room atone ofthe other employees. Wasn't being mean oranything, she was just super loud and unprofessional. She was talking about some past customers and was cursing infront ofeveryone, itwas really loud, annoying, and unprofessional.… – show

Scalp has itched for the last 6hours after leaving the store. The haircut was notbad, but the individual did not know where any ofthe materials were, orhow the trimmers were used inthe shop and was asking her coworker next tome how tocut myhair with the store's clippers. Ilost all confidence inthat store atthat point. Charged us20+ for mycut, and $20+ for each ofthe kids. Ihave used Sport Clips for over 5years, won't goback tothisone. Haircuts were okay, but not worth the $.

Went into get ahaircut, Iwas ona time crunch and they could not fit mein. SoI said Ididn’t have time towait and left the store. Iwas chased out bythe manager and yelled atto never goback. Idon’t recommend going here unless you want tofeel threatened bythe staff.
