My son and I have been coming here for years, and every time we've encountered a warm and welcoming staff. They do a great job and always have a positive attitude towards customers. My son has autism and every stylist treats him with so much kindness and compassion, which makes us always come back.

I scheduled online and arrived 10 minutes prior to the anticipated time but was listed on the board as next up. I waited 30 minutes then I looked up and 1 of 3 stylists are cutting hair the other 2 are all gone and by that time at 4 other people came in the door. I just left....poor service.

I have gone here a few other times and have had great experiences overall but at my last visit, the most recent hairdresser I had was very rude and condescending when trying to clarify with me what I wanted for my cut. Customer service skills need work.

The haircuts I've gotten here are decent. The problem at this location is always the wait time. They need more stylists to lower the 1 hour wait time during the week, at 2 PM..??

I haven't been here in years, but I was in need of a haircut. However, the price for a cut, is overly expensive! I had an amazing lady who cut my hair, & she did a fantastic job, I couldn't be happier. What hurts is that Sport Clips has an EXTRA charge for utilizing a device that gives a "bald" look. I could go to the local barbershop in Huntley, spend $10 LESS & get the same style haircut! I don't see myself going back to Sport Clips anytime soon after this. The people who work there are amazing, but the pricing is ridiculous unless it's an absolute necessity to get a haircut.
