      Checked inonline arrived by9:05am lady said give her asecond toget register ready, 20mins pass byanother customer walks inand she calls him toget haircut even though I'm there waiting for 20minutes, rude, impolite and bad business.

        Alex, weapologize for your experience inour store. Our stylists was working ongetting the computers upand running but two people had already checked inahead ofyou making you 3rd inline. Had the computers been upand running upon your arrival you would've been able tovisuallysee. Sowhen someone walked inafter you and got called beforeyou, hehad already “got inline” through our online check insystem. Weapologize for the frustration and hope you can give usanother chance.

        My son isso excited tosee Brinley toget his haircut! He’s5, and Brinley has made aspecial effort toget toknow myson’s special interests. She’s built trust with him over the last 3haircuts and henow looks forward tohis Saturday appointment. She’s patient, kind, and genuine. She also gives anexcellent haircut! We’ll definitely beback!

          Tried getting ahaircut here. Waited half anhour beyond the wait time. Someone walked into the store, checked inway afterme, and got ahaircut beforeme. There are too many good options inBurleson atthe same price asSports Clips for them tohave this bad ofstaffing and service.

                  The Absolute worst haircut I’ve everhad. Short staffed somanager cut myhair. Lady was talking onphone and texting WHILE CUTTING MYHAIR!!!!! Iasked for alow fade and scissors ontop. Instead Igot auneven military cut that proceeds tothe top ofmy head and left alittle patch oflong hair. She then proceeded toblame mefor not giving her enough information, but never asked for more clarification oreven apicture. IfI could Iwould rate this lower than 1star. This place needs tobe shut down for it’s disrespectful service tothe customers ofSports Clips.– show

                        My husband went infor ahair cut onSaturday before mywork Christmas party and Itruly wished Iwould have read the comments before hewentin. I'VE told his stylist toleave itlonger onthe top but take the sides down short. His stylist said that she was the regional manager and had been doing hair for 30years. That has tobe alie. Noone doing hair for that long would have turned out amess like shedid. She completely buzz cut his sides and back ofhis head with nolines, just shaves tothe skin. then took off his side burns completely instead oftrimming them clean. This isthe most boot camp looking pos hair I've ever seen. Ihad totake him tothe party infront ofbank owners, presidents and managers with this mess. Nohair,wth? Ialso called back when Isaw him and said Iwanted tospeak about the haircut, left mynumber and guess how soon Igot acall back. I'm still waiting…thanks for nothing.– show

                                So Iwalk inwith a3year old almost4, wewait for 30minutes mychild has take off his shoes and the first thing this lady tolds meis that she cannot cut mykids hair because hedo not have shoes!!!!                                     So this iswhat myteenage sons hair looked like after weleft Saturday, unfortunetly Ididn't notice ittill Sunday. Called today and spoke tothe asst mgr who did offer tocorrect the situation. Not what Iwas after, just wanted tomake her aware ofthe bad haircut wepaidfor.                                       STRIKE3, YOU ARE OUT SPORTSCLIPS!!! First, I'm not looking for a“MAKE GOOD” ora “REFUND”. Ihave attempted 3times touse this location for ahaircut. Ihaven't said anything the other 2times, just went home frustrated and disappointed. Iknow I'm adrop inthe big bucket, but Itrying tosave someone else the frustration. When Icome toa stylist and show them apicture ofthe haircut Iwant, and I'm able tocommunicate and give details ofwhat I'm looking for ina haircut. Iwould like it tolook similar tothe picture orwhat I'm asking for when Ileave. Mystylist was more worried about upselling meto the MVP than giving methe cut Iaskedfor. SIMPLECUT: Tapered Fade, Bald onthe bottom and sides, Top short, take atleast 11/2inches offtop. She never faced mein the mirror, never showed methe back orsides, Iasked her togo shorter since she did not use clippers tofade myback and sides. She was ready for meto get out ofthe chair. Future customers beware.....Instead ofhiring qualified stylist, this appears tobe abreeding ground for newbies. PLEASE DONT REPLY and ask meto emailyou, and Idon't want and apology. Ijust want other consumers tobe aware. Only You (sportsclips) can choose tohire qualified people orloose all your clients.– show
