I did not have a good experience! Both my children left with their hair butchered and one of my kids was in tears at how badly his hair was cut. We have had great experiences in the past but today was awful. If you take your kids there, watch them cut their hair closely. If I had been standing there, I would have noticed that they were destroying my children’s hair. I am so grateful that hair grows back!!

Shout to sport clips I’ve been cutting my hair at this location for 3 years now and it’s never a disappointment I always come out looking fresh all the women are amazing very friendly welcoming and helpful I definitely recommend this location if are needing a haircut.

Would rate less than one star if I could. Asked for half an inch off the top but came out with half an inch off my bangs and 3 inches off the rest. Thanks to this sportsclips I now look like my name is Xander and I’m excited to start my first day of middle school.Haircut

She cut one side burn and missed the other and the side burn she did cut was at an angle, not straight. She didn’t do the haircut, just a trim. She cut half of his hair on top short and left the other side long. He just wanted a trim and small fade at the bottom. Will not go again. Second bad haircut received there.Haircut

There are these two hair stylists who are very ignorant of people who are different. This is very bad place for anyone who are different or international. Literally they ignored me as if I’m invisible. One stylist by name Telisha is very kind, she saw that the other stylists are ignoring me and came helped me out. So if you are an international or a person with alien features, I would recommend staying away from this place. It’s not about a hair cut getting delayed, it’s about a persons self respect that made my experience very miserable. I did complain to the manager over there, I don’t know what action she will take against them, but what happened and how they made me feel I never will forget. It’s very hurtful behavior of those two stylists.

If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point of checking in on the app and arriving at your recommended arrival time only to have to wait for an hour and thirty minutes? When I asked if my son could just see the next available stylist I was told no, he would have to wait for the stylist we selected on the app. Why? If we are tired of waiting and will let anyone cut his hair at this point, what does it matter? I do not recommend this Sports Clips unless you are ready to wait for nearly 2 hours to get your hair cut.

My oldest boy cried while getting his done, even a 8 year old new it sucked and the lady just kept hacking away at his hair. My oldest boy cried while getting his done, even a 8 year old new it sucked and the lady just kept hacking away at his hair.
