Went in with long, thick, great hair and left with a thin choppy mess. I specifically asked for the sides and back to be cleaned up and the thickness on top to be left and not touched. Immediately the hairdresser, Kat, cut it way too short on the sides and back and then proceeded to take ALL of the thickness off the top. The OPPOSITE of what I asked. I can't even style it, it just lays flat now because of the lack of volume. I will not be returning and suggest others to go elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least.

I take my son to Great Clips on a regular basis. You can walk-in or do online check-in ahead of time. The app will give you an estimated wait time if you check-in online. Upon getting here, the stylists get you checked in quickly and/or verify your online check-in. They are always very friendly and helpful. The cuts are good, and the price is very affordable. Note that if you want a more extensive service, such as color, Brazilian blow-out, you will need to go elsewhere. This is for quick-service styles/cuts.

This location is iffy... I have taken my son here & the first time his cut was horrible, but another stylist fixed it for us before we left & we were happy!
We went a second time, and were equally pleased with the results. And my kiddo is super picky. The girls we have had so far, cut better than the girls at sport clips!!
And there is never a wait here & it's about $8 cheaper.

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 stars. I walked into Great Clips & was not greeted at all. But all the other clients were greeted because I sat to watch 4 other people come in & get the nicest greeting ever. I ended up walking out due to eye rolling that I kept receiving from one employee. I don't have time for the foolishness.

Was excited to take my baby nephew to his first hair cut. We called this morning to make an appointment and we're told they only take in walk-ins, to which I replied ok well see you in a couple of hours. We just went in to get the haircut and just walked-in as we were told. When we were greeted at the desk, we were told there was 5 people ahead of us because they "checked in" online. When we asked why we weren't told about this earlier on the phone, we were told "we forgot" with an eye roll. I asked if we could be put on the waiting list and was then told to download the app. Why wasn't any of this mentioned earlier? So frustrating to have to travel out of the house with a baby let alone then be told that we have to download an app and join a waiting list. What a waste of time. Went to Walmart down the road where there was no wait, we were greeted without an attitude and paid a better price!
